We recommend thorough impregnation immediately on a new product. The effectiveness and duration of action of impregnating substances depends on the terrain and climatic conditions to which the product is exposed, on the intensity of use and also on the method of subsequent treatment.
Spray the impregnation min. 3 times from a distance of min. 20 cm. Attention: observe the spraying distance. Smudges may occur when applied from too close a distance. After the first and second spraying, let the impregnation soak in, but not completely dry. After the third spray, let the impregnation dry thoroughly and then polish the smooth leather, brush the rough leather with a Collonil crepe brush or a Collonil Nubuk Box (crepe side).
The new product must first be impregnated and then creamed. The impregnation reaches the depth of the material and thus lasts longer. Impregnate and cream the already treated product with Collonil products as needed.
