We understand. It’s not always easy to choose the right model or size on the first try. If you don’t want to keep the shoes for any reason, you can return your order or part of it within 14 days of receiving the package. It’s easy.

Do you like the shoes but need a different size or colour?
In that case, you’ll need to return them as well. You can then easily place a new order for the right pair. Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges.

Before sending, please check that the shoes are clean and, if possible, return them in their original, undamaged box. Do not tape the box directly; instead, wrap it in another packaging to which you can attach the labels.

How to return goods:

  • Return via GLS – once we confirm your return, we will send you a label. You can then either take the package yourself to any GLS parcel shop or box (ParcelShop/ParcelBox), or order a GLS courier to pick it up directly from your address.
  • Return via Packeta – once we confirm your return, we will send you a code. Simply write this code on the package and take it to any Packeta drop-off point or Z-BOX. (Note: To drop off a package via Z-BOX, you must have the Packeta app installed on your phone).

Any refunds will be processed within 14 days to the account you provided.

Complaints

You can also use the Retino form for any quality issues. It doesn’t happen often, but it can. 👀 More information on the complaint policy and conditions can be found in our Terms and Conditions. Follow the same procedure for sending shoes as you would for a return or exchange.
